Complaint on African Bank service

African Bank gave more than R108k credit to someone without doing proper checks in verifying the facts about the applicant. That person used my personal details and they used even more than the credit given. Now African Bank debits plus R5400.00 monthly from my standard Bank Account. Please help me - I cannot pay what I don't even know how it happened.

At African bank I was hoping that I can at least be provided by info on where exactly the account was opened, by whom, which documents were provided for them to approve the application. What about my fingerprints? Where did they get them? Such information could not be provided. They finally got back to me saying my issue has been resolved but I keep getting messages from them about my account.
