Complaint

My wife and I went to African bank in Malvern branch. Received a horrible service from one of your stuff Lulama! We wanted to withdraw money from our investment account and we were told that we needed a cell phone before we can withdraw, funny that a week before we managed to withdraw without one and got assistance from the very same lady! I later requested to speak to branch manager or a supervisor, we were told that the branch operate without 1 and no senior person is working there. To me this was just pure laziness as this lady did not even want to touch her pc to check, I would not recommend this branch if you looking for good service.
