Hi! My name is Christoph mulen*** Ngambwa. Banking with African bank since but very bad experience with African bank very bad bank in all the south african banks. My money stacked in the ATM of nedbank on the 1st June R2500 I did a ATM dispute since that day until now no refund story and story I'm asking myself because I'm using a passport. My acc num is ***. Passport OB***. I went to the branch more than 20 times I called 45 times. They have been changing references and say ur phone num didn't pass. We gona call u. Please if is any body money the person will be happy for 45 days almost 2 months no getting is money for no reason. ATM its a bank issues no personal . kindly assist please I beg anyone can help me.
