Complaint

I'm so so disgusted with the level of customer service. African Bank is the most horrible financial place to lend from. I have been handed over about 2 years ago. My credit card is with the lawyers but now a judgment has been handed to me. I'm willing to settle the account but I have been making payment my most recent payment was in March but yet the lawyers has issued a judgment. The lawyers went to an address I don't even live at which is embarrassing. I feel disappointed because African bank could not understand my financial situation I need this to be investigated. I don't to speak to a team leader please make sure a manager calls me. Very angry customer.
