I On the 20th october 2014 I paid african bank loans that I owe them.On paying them , they sent me settlement letters with amounts which were supposed to be paid discounted at 5 percent. I Paid all settement on loans I owed them not realising that they have sent some settlement letters twice which I ppaid twice and left reference no *** and*** unpaid.I phoned their collection department several times to attend the matter by distributing the money from the double paiid loans to the unpaid loans and refund me because I over paid instead they have refered me to vvm attorneys.
