Communication channels not working

I have been trying to make a loan since Monday 15 January. I tried via the website and it kicked me out. I phoned African bank and after the whole process, i was asked tge upload my documents to *** or via their whatsapp channel. The whatsapp is not working, it keeps saying you have no pending applications. So I couldn't ise whatsapp. I uploaded it via email, after 30 minutes, I received an email saying that I can send it to ***. i did it a few times. I am now stuck with smses saying thank you for my documents, please upload your documents. It is now Friday 19 January, I have given up hope. I am blocking African bank now from my phone
