***** committed using my details without my consent

I just went to African bank to go apply for a personal loan, I was told that I needed to have an active account with them in order for the funds to be payed the directly into that account should my personal loan be approved (which I found very strange) be that has it may,I got my outcome and then Kele the sales consultant from the Florida branch goes on and opens an account using my personal details without my consent, I let her know on more than one occasion that I wasn't interested in opening an account ,two hours later I got confirmation of an account with African Bank which I NEVER consented to

She violated the POPI act by going ahead and using my personal details to open an account, that I never consented to and as a financial institution you should know that you need the customers approval for any financial services ,this goes against the financial services act, what she did is ***** ,if you don't close that account I will be contacting the ombudsman for further assistance
