Collections Department (Roslyn Govender)

<p>Today was one of those days where salaries are being paid a few days late, and debit orders run to recover costs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have such a situation with my Credit Card and needed to contact collections at African Bank to inform them of the current situation I am facing and am concerned with return debit charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i called African Bank collections department and had the privelege to speak to Roslyn Govender who was the 1st Person to answere my call.</p> <p>Roslyn Govender was not only polite, eager to assist and most important preapared to listen to me describing my situation , She showed concern and true understanding towards to the problem at hand.</p> <p>Roslyn Govender is yet another Ambassador of African Bank and clearly takes her job to heart, she is caring and understanding, Rolsyn Govender is also a subject matter expert in her position and the reason i stated it ,is because the re-assurance and advice she gave set me at ease and i will recommend African Bank</p> <p>to all whom I know as well as family and friends and have done so for a number of years now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Roslyn Govender again shown me how important customer service and the human element is in the collections department, I do appologise to one of the other lady's who called me earlier as i was unco operative ,however thank you Roslyn Govender and the entire Collections Department.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
