Closing off account, getting paid up letter

After I laid a complaint of not getting help through the call center, Sylvester called, emailed and helped me through the process, he made sure I got sms of the progress of my query until he eventually sent me a paid up letter. Thanks very much Sylvester u really went the extra mile for me, please do not stop, continue helping others
