close off account and refund off over payment 111

Good day African Bank<br> <br> I recently have settled my account with you guys and had received a settlement amount which i had given to FNB debt consolidations loan department and confirmed with african bank unfortunately FNB had over paid african bank and could not pay my other 2 creditor's and FNB says they cannot help me with that but i can just explain to african bank what happened. And request a refund for the over payment and pay my other 2 creditors with the refund money. <br> <br> Now i have spoken to simphiwe ngwenya who has informed me that you guys cannot do that cause the money has been paid cause i can afford to pay it. But that is not the case I have only managed to consolidate my debt so that i can manage my debt if it was not for the debt consolidation loan i would off not been able to pay you guys.<br> <br> So this is an appeal to african bank please refund me back the over payment so that i can pay my other creditors so that i can start getting myself out off the debt hole.<br> <br> The settlement discount i received is still valid till the end off today. Which simphiwe has <br> <br> Please guys i really need this i need to get out off debt I'm in a hole and working on getting out off debt.<br> <br> Garren
