Close my account, I am not paying a cent further
I am now being harrasted by African Bank and their Friends NRB Risk Solutions. I paid up this Credit card of their sometime ago and I was promised it would be closed after the payment. Now every month fees goes of and I just keep on paying and asking to close the account. Emails to African Bank and Jabu at NRB Risk, with no avail. I have now decided to report both these entities to every possible regulatory body I can find and the Credit Burea for their conduct. If this account is not closed by close of business Monday I will proceed.

Easy to keep on charging in the meantime. I will not be going to any branch. I can forward you anything that you need to finish this. Below their reply to me in private:
