Close My Account as I paid and Process My Refund Please

Nedbank paid up my African Bank loan in full on 24 August 2020. To my surprise according to African Bank the payment has not yet reflected to their account. Today it's Friday the 28 August four days later the payment has not reflected. Mind you I did send the proof of payment to African Bank. This is ******* and ******** now. Please settle my loan as I do not owe you African Bank and pay back my refund as you have debited my account though Nedbank gas paid up my loan.
