Clear my name on credit bureau

Can please who ever responsible at African bank to clear my name on credit berau do so as I have done paying their loan and credit card in 2014. I have been at the branch and calling their call centre nobody is giving me the correct department to help. I need to buy a house but my name is still showing on credit berau as they never sent documents for my name to be cleared.African Bank is having the worst service I have never seen especially <br> at their call centers they never helped clients on their problems at all. Please help as this is destroying my future.
