cheated on the credit card

its been two month already without drawing out or using the credit available, but the funny part is I pay the required amount but they take everything, do you want to tell me that your charges are 1100 every month? this is unfair hence I paid off my loan because the billing system is so un understandable, can someone give me breakdown of all the credit card charges. You say its areas what areas because you are the one you is deducting?
