chasing African Bank to settle the loan account

it seems like this is the only platform african bank responds to professionally.<br> <br> i would like to know that why are they debiting my account after i have made payment arrangement with the collection company, no one can send me an updated statement??? what makes it worse is what african bank is doing is *********, the initial arrangement was for R1000 debited on the 20th of everyone (which was overridden by the settlement arrangement made with the collection company). today the 15th i wake to another debit order from african bank. because their call centre is useless and their call centre agents are beyond rude, I need someone to tell me who gave permission to debit my account whenever you guys feel like it!!!!! <br> <br>
