Cell phone not delivered

<p>I app**** personal loan at African bank on the 04/06/2016. I also bought cell phone I haven't received it yet , as they said I will get it within 14 day. When I call they keep on saying they request it. Can I please be assisted as the expect their installment month end.</p>
