***** case since May , account frozen

I am writing on behalf of my dad. He was approved for a loan with African bank in May. Monies were transferred to African bank account however on a very same day 12k was ****** . A ***** case opened , his account was frozen with a balance of 7k. He has been to the bank more than 20times, thousands of calls have been made. Mind you he’s been debited till today for monies he ddnt not use on top of that he can’t even access 7k that has left!! Each and every week this poor old man spend monies going to the bank with no help. This is pathetic!!!!!how can he been debited for monies that he ddnt use? Why is the balance frozen yet you are debit him for a debt. We are now going to the 4th month without any resolvement????
