Does not even deserve a single star. I have now been waiting for feedback for the past 2months. Service is rather poor for such a huge company. All you do is spam call me but no feedback from forensics.

14 Jul 2023, 10:51The case has been handed to debt collectors, i must say that your forensics department their service is shocking. after weeks and months of following up with no feedback..... i do not have any missed calls from African bank. I was called by one of your consultants on Tuesday but didn't get anywhere at all.
