Worst bank ever if anyone is looking for a bank please save your safe from stress and do not use African bank. They are ****ming people took a loan from them in May then week later a consultant phoned me saying they updating a debit order..few minutes later all the amount that was left gone..went to the branch gave all the necessary documents coz they said the were gonna open a fruad case..since may they haven't pay back my money not to mention their pathetic forensic department and head office in Johannesburg no one has helped me regarding this matter..my account has been blocked since may it's 4 months I can't withdraw money or use the card, please people stay away from African bank...I can't even count how many phone calls I've made sending emails etc...but still no feedback

Not to mention their call center they will tell you that " we cannot contact forensic department just wait for their call" for how I must wait now..They don't care about the clients at all as long they getting money and ****ming people that's all that matters to them...PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BANK YOU WILL REGRET !!!!!
