Card shoes cancelled without any warning

This is not the first time this happens but now the second time. I have a credit card with African Bank and my card only expires on the 07/2017 but again my card got cancelled and last time I had to go into the bank before they un-cancelled my card. They didn't give me a reason nothing. I do not have time to go and sit at a bank every 6 months to renew cards because they cancel it when ever they feel like it. This is so frustrating
