Card couldn't be linked

Hi

I was at African Bank branch in Landros Mare street im Polokwane. I was migrating from silver to gold card when I was told that the person who is going to link my card was out and he will be back in few munites. I spent 90mins in the branch waiting for that person only to be told that he has knocked off. This service that I received is very pathetic. You staff didn't take me serious.
