Car Loan Pre Approved and Declined

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I'm really unhappy with the reasons why my car loan application has been declined now.<br> <br> I app**** for car finance last week through a dealership and they informed me that I had a pre approval of R79 500. In the meantime the dealer sold the car.<br> <br> I looked for another car and found 1, the new dealership app**** again and they only got R55 000 pre approval. I contacted African Bank car loan department and they informed me that I have to cancel the first approval as it is showing and influence my pre approval. They car loan department deleted the first approval and said the dealership must re-apply and they did so<br> The car dealer phoned me yesterday and said African Bank informed them that the year model must be a later model not a 2004. The dealer have later model cars available but not what I want.<br> I found another car at GMW Midrand 2006 Cooper S Convertible for R109 000. I went in to view and test drive the car this morning and they send in the application.<br> I will be paying in the balance (R109 000 - R79 500) R29 500 deposit for the car.<br> The dealership phoned me and informed me that they can't get any Pre approval due to affordability<br>
