Captured with zero defect credit card.

I app**** for their credit card on the 4/10/2022. Everything went well during the application, I was given a credit card. And was to how much I qualify for which will be available in 48 hours. I was so great full that my credit card will assist me to start on a clean slate. Unfortunately till today I'm holding an empty card with zeros. Why did they capture me. That's what we call ****med because I should have gone to other baks and appy. African bank is playing with our emotions.. I even went back to the branch and I was taking finger prints, my profile was open and they promised again on the 11/10/2022 I must wait for the SMS and the money will be in the account. Still at this moment nothing has been. Why did they decieve me by giving me an empty card. To do what? Capture not to approach other banks. It's either the bank deposit the money in the account or rejects your application. what a waist of time indeed. African bank stop it with due respect. I can't go around with zero defect credit card. It's enough honestly. Thank you to the consultant that help me with the application she deserves better not that financial institution. We need people like her in other companies. Her hardship goes to waist indeed.
