Cant trust the website, Cant trust the Bank

Why is your website so useless? I try to log in on my laptop and your fields are 'greyed out' and wont accept my information so I cannot log in. I put in my information on your App and I receive a message that my details are incorrect when they cannot be because my ID number is correct and so is the PIN I have been using to log in previously. Just when I decide that your interest rates are good so that I will invest several hundreds of thousands, your useless website puts me off because it is a reflection of how you do business. If you cant get the website right, what else will go wrong with your bank? Just cant trust it. Sorry.
