Cannot take a second loan

I took a loan in September. Everything went fine. I tried to take a second one but it has been the worst attempt ever. First consultant at Woodmead was not informative enough. I don't know where the branch manager was at that time when this was being done. I made 5 trips for sweet nothing!!<br> <br> I went to the same branch I took the loan before The Boulders Mall (Midrand City). The same thing happened. So after I got my payslip I informed the branch I need to complete the application. Both constants that had my documents were not there now I have to wait for whoever has my documents to tell me what to do. Why was it easy the first time and such a horrible idea to keep business with you<br>
