Cannot offer Service!!!!

I have two investments with Africa Bank, and I'm moving overseas end of July and one of the required documents for my visa application is a letter to state any financial investment or funds you will be taking over with you. I have asked Africa Bank for such letter and they are refusing to provide with this as they can only give me a statement.

ANY other bank will gladly provide you with a letter stating the relevant information for a visa application. Why is it that Africa Bank does not want to do it???

This is just another reason why we are leaving South Africa. Never expected such horrible service from Africa Bank.
