Cannot access funds

They dont even deserve a single star. I have a investment I started last year February which was meant to mature January 2026, I went to the Meyerton branch to make the 7 day notice for withdrawal and I was told I cannot access the whole amount and for me to access the whole amount I must wait 42 days. This is an inconvenience as no one explained that I will only have access to the whole investment after 42 days. 26 January I called the head office and the consultant I spoke to said I can only have full access on the 3rd of February. On the 3rd the money was not cleared, I went again on the 11th Feb and another story emerged saying current balance and available balance must match for me to make the withdrawal. This is really frustrating as I have to beg for my money to be released.
