Can someone call me

I'm trying to settle my African bank loan I called on Saturday requesting a settlement letter was told it will be e-mailed to me but I never received it,I called today and let the call centre agent that I don't have enough airtime and if they can please ask someone to call me back to assist me in making an internet payment but she just told me no one can call me back,i asked if she can send someone and email to contact me back but she said no. <br> <br> Can someone please contact me I need to settle this account
