Can I get an answer???

Can someone please advise or give me a clear indication of when I'll get my paid up letter? It's almost a month since I've paid up this account and I don't seem to be receiving any feedback with regards to my paid up letter. It's also frustrating that I'm the one calling in every week asking for my paid up letter and still not given valid reasons as to why I'm not getting it.
