Call centre poor service

I phoned the call centre , held almost 25 minutes on the 15/11/2024 until I chose the option of hanging up and wait for their call. I’ve waited for 5days for their call until I decide to send a callback to them again today. I held the call waiting for the consultant for 50 minutes until I hang up again. Their call centre service is terrible.
