Call Centre Agents not helpfull and dont know there product. branches are useless

<p>I have called african bank to ask them to give me an estimate of how much to pay to reduce pay off my debt within 36 months. they transfered me to a lady who said will give me a break down by the end of the day they still could not do that. Before that i was also informed that informed by A call centre agent that african Bank will not be charging interest on one of my account this was actually the secont time i was given this information. on the first account african bank started charging me interest when i inquired they told me that im charged interest because my account was no longer in arrears. but to my dismay i still got the same advice from another agent which is miss liding.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the branch and all they could do is dial the call centre which is something i have done before.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service is terrible</p>
