Call backs sent but no response!!!

Since sunday 2 October i have been trying to apply for a loan, I came to a point where I was not sur what to do next, and I send a call back, and the message states that they wil call me back in 5 min, I have been sending 4 call backs everyday since then, it is Thursday tomorrow, and still nothing, I even whent so fare to download the app, and still nothing, don't they whant customers, it is reduculis!!!!!!!
