Bureau updated but still reflecting outstanding Balance...

Good day My account has been paid up and the last update as you will see from my attachment was 24 August 2019, but the balance should be 0 and currently balance is R500 which is not the case as I have the paid up letter and confirmation of the account being paid up.

This is the 2nd time I have a query with the African Bank and really would like this resolved , so tired of following up telephonically then being put through to another legal department where I eventually just dropped the call...

I also sent an email with the the attachment from the credit report.
