BUNCH OF ****MERS

I opened a savings account and a funeral policy with Africa Bank and month end I saw I was charged double for the funeral policy and I logged a complain with the bank and was told it was an error the person who helped me open the account opened two funeral policies by mistake,to this date it hasn't been rectified. After a few months I decided to cancel my savings account and I was told I'll get my money after 40 days. After 40 days there was nothing in my bank account, when I enquired I was told I had to make a notice for 7 days and now Im being sent from pillar to post. This is a bank of ****mers. The consultants are all liers.
