Bunch of Idiots

Most pathetic bunch of people working in that branch, DAMN ****** and dont give a damn about their customers, they mislead you and never gave us accurate information, imagine waiting 21 days for your money yet they helped each and every other person that had the same issues as us, they made my wife and i to run back and forth for a week costing us hundreds of rands in the process, they always having a problem with their system always giving excuses they take more break in the office than on the floor with the customers always hiding, THIS IS THE PHOENIX PLAZA BRANCH, please get someone to inspect that branch with the amount of misleading how do we trust them and they call themselves a bank, please stay away from the branch in the phoenix plaza they are ****** and will not help you on time i wish they could just fire the current staff, I will not stop as i am also taking this up with Wendy Nola
