Bul**** by the bank

I have been bul**** by African Bank staff for months. Apparently their rules are different from whatever has been prescribed by the banking ombudsman. I have a loan which is left with about R13 000 to playoff, however I get bul**** every month by their staff trying to increase my instalment. Even when I tell them that I reduced the instalment because I lost jobs twice since the inception of that loan. I need to consult banking Ombudsman because I have other loans with another bank but they don't bully me like African Bank does.I pay this loan every month, and every month they want to increase the instalment.
