Bul**** By African Bank

I am an African Bank client and had two loans with them. After some financial difficulties I resorted to Debt Counseling of which I was given the status of being under Debt Review. Somewhere during the way I experienced some challenges with my debt Counselor and started paying myself for all my accounts. African Bank and other companies accepted my payments until I paid some of the debts including one loan with African Bank Fast forward African Bank decided to revert the INTEREST of the remaining loan to the original agreement which was 31% instead of keeping the 5% that was agreed upon. When approaching them,their REPRESENTATIVES told me I am no longer under Debt review hence they revert back to 31% interest. This action has derailed my plans of finishing this debt sooner because the money Im paying goes mainly to INTEREST. Please help me to challenge this bullying by AFRICAN BANK.
