Broken recliner Couch

I bought a recliner couch from Furniture City financed by African Bank last year August , <br> the recliner was on display ( no discount was granted) now the recliner is not in a good condition <br> im still paying African Bank. i called african bank to repair the couch, they sent a warranty forms , as <br> i was about to send back the forms, they told me they cant help me.<br> how do i continue paying for something bought within a year and its not in a good conditions?<br> Today the 04/06/2015 i spoke to Lufuno who told meAfrican Bank cant help me with the repairs <br> ITS NOT EVEN A YEARS <br> I was told to lauch complence to Africa Bank for anything regarding what i have bought <br>
