Bring back my funds

Opened an account with African bank early this year however it closed due to jot being funded. I was not informed. Money was paid into that account as i thought it still existed. The company that paid the funds gave me proof of payment which i submitted to African bank they said they will log an incident and they did lady at tembisa mall said it would take 5days since the 23 i have not received any money or communication they just keep saying its in process. Yesterday again funds were paid into the new account but have not reflected. I think i made a mistake switching to African bank

I am so disappointed in African bank. All this waiting for my money
