breach of loan agreement ***

In december i had called African bank to advise I get paid end of the month and not to take my payment before the date being 31st. Si African bank agreed. Never the less still attempted to take money from my account and managed to take the funds that I had borrowed from family to take my husband to hospital. I went to African bank whom called the call centre to I was advised nothing they can do. I then went to my bank to reverse the payment. To which was done for African bank to take the mo ey again a few seconds later. I went back to the counter and the Lady at the bank had advised that she cannot reverse the December payment again. She said she would need to do November payment. So she did I managed to draw the money out before the funds were taken again. Then on the 31 December African bank took money from my account again. So my account is upto date. I get a call from African bank collection to advise my account is in arrears. I hace spoken to then sent my bank statement through 5 tines and still get told the same thing. I was advised by the last agent she was going to transfer the account to the investigation departments and 3 days later still not heard anything. I need African bank to look through there account to see both payments gave been taken for November and December and my accou t is upto date. And update my account and I expect an apology for this and compensation as you are in breach of the lian agreement I signed with yourselves. Ypu cannot just take money out my account when you feel like it. Only on the date that I have given you authority to do so

Chantell Arthur
