breach of contract

I app**** for a loan and they said I qualified for a CONSOLIDATOR loan of R8000 they will pay off my loan I asked if they needed settlement letters from my creditor and they amazingly said no they will do the whole process for me which I was glad to hear but instead when I called my lender that was suppose to be settled they told me no African bank only paid half of the ammunt,I mean what is the meaning of consolidation I'm so dissapointed with them will never ever apply for a loan there and will never recomend them because they do not keep their promises to think I took the loan on the 1St of June and already paid it off if only I knew I'm so ****ed I was thinking of applying for car finance with them but since this I will never on top of that I tried following it up, the branch refers me to customer care which they referred me back to the branch and the branch gives me numbers that don't even go through I also work for the bank but this shows bad service that I've never experienced.and you continue loosing customers if you continue with the bad service that you provide.<br> O
