Breach of contract

Following up on my recent statement, this happend a while ago when I lost my jobs three times – something I didn’t plan. I sent my retrenchemnt letter three times in 2010, 2011 and 2013 informing them that I have been retrenched, but the minute I secured myself With contract postion they return the account back to me with arrears. I assume when I took this loan it had credit life but this was never the case with African Bank. Hence I was declared insolvent and end up in debt counselling. I recently secured my self with permanent position and ready to settle this account. However the amount I am owing now it is interest because some times I was unable tot pay with the peanuts I was getting through contract positions.

Please can I ask you look into the attached statement and revised 40 % discount and I wil be able to settle this account and close it amicably.
