Breach of Contract
Past 2 months they deducted more then I signed for on my credit card account. This month the credit card amount is correct but my other 2 accounts are more then I signed for. I have lodged a formal complaint with African Bank, I am waiting for a ref number so that I can start a case with the Ombudsman of Banking Services. I had enough of this bank. Now I will take them to court for Breach of Contracts.
