BLOOD SUCKERS

I'm just sick and tired of the bad service I've been receiving from African Bank, I'm my best to finish my loan with them but no one is meeting me half way, I'm even paying more than I should but the amount in arrears keeps on increasing and no one can Tell my how much I should pay so that the amount decreases as I pay.
