Blocked saving account

I'm so upset with service that I experienced from African bank because, I visited their branch when I lost ,I got to the branch on Saturday and the bank teller never told me that my account was going to be blocked also with my internet banking. The debit order is still going but I can't access my account I was there with this query but they don't know when this issue will be resolved (no ETA) .We tried to call the head office manager but refused to speak to me. I have rent to pay and kids going to school I need help urgently
