blocked by systems to download proof of payment to save my car from repossession

i am struggling to download the proof of payments made for a beneficiary from February until December 2022 on the app, there is a block stopping me. i went to wonderpark mall brack on saturday, 9th December, the could not help me. i was given a number which i called the call center and my issue was refered to complaints, i expressed the urgency of this matter to the consultant on the call. todate, nothing has been done, i'm stranded and desparate for those payment proofs to release my car that is repossessed on non-payments bacause of the proof missing. i need this to me handled urgently, i dont know wo to contact to downloads those 12 proof of payments documents. i need to submit today by close of business. the treatment im recieving from this bank is shocking and frustrating. im desparate, please anyone assist me so i dont loose my car today.
