Blocked App

I writing this with a heavy heart,i have been seeking assistance with my blocked app but no luck.I have been calling your Call Center and i have been to the branch over a million times but still no luck.The branch keeps on sending my documents saying the headoffice will contact me but dololo.What must one do in order to get assistance from you.At this rate i need my money,that's all.Just unblock my app so that i can't remove my money.
