Blocked accounts

I received an SMS last night to fica. Today my accounts are blocked. I would like to enquire about cancelling all my accounts as it is your choice to block them release my investment with no penalties. I am sure the fica requirements allows for me to get the document and get to the bank. I am typing this seating outside side your branch that is closed. This is treating customers unfairly.
