Blacklisted by African Bank unfairly

I still had a problem with African Bank, they put me in ***** South Africa saying I gave them *****ulent documents but they don't give me what to do and how can I prove that wasn't me. Their forensic and investigation team is nowhere to be found. Their call center consultants can't put you through any of the two teams.
