billing accounts

Hello Peter<br> <br> i would like to report this that last i lodged a complain regarding my accounts at african bank last week.My account was handed over to Van Der Merwe Attorneys in boksburg and their head office is in Pretoria. The account was garnished but when i try to contact them their contact details are no longer working and their ofices are also closed even my employer tried looking for them several times there are nowhere to be found.Accoridng to Ruth motlana the account is paid up but the account this months has be debited again so i want to know why?. Ruth promised to send me a paid up letter last week but as in today she didnt send it yet why?what if the account doesnt stop debiting because this lawyers are nowhere to be found?
